Acnelin® (tretinoin) cream is the topical form of vitamin-A used as a treatment of acne vulgaris. It works by causing skin cells to grow and die more rapidly, causing the renewal of cells. It is also indicated for reducing wrinkles, and removing dark spots,or rough skin caused by damaging exposure to the sun.

Depending on the condition, improvement in skin condition can be seen within three to eight weeks of use of Acnelin® (tretinoin). Wrinkles can decrease within three to six months.
