• Perindopril belongs to Angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitors which are a class of medication used primarily for the treatment of high blood pressure and heart failure. Method Of Administration Of Coveram 10/5 Tablets

• Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• The tablets should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.
• You should try to take your daily dose at about the same time each day.
• You must continue to take the drug until your doctor tells you otherwise.
• Do not break the tablet in half
• You can take the tablet with or without food.
• High blood pressure: The usual dose of the tablets is one tablet once daily, but your doctor may increase the dose to reach the targeted blood pressure
• The use of this medicine is not recommended in children.
• Recommended starting dose must always be 2.5 mg of perindopril arginine and 2.5 mg of amlodipine
• taken as separate tablets in elderly patients.
